“PIUS BRÎNZEU” COUNTY EMERGENCY CLINICAL HOSPITAL TIMIȘOARA, Romania, in partnership with the UNIVERSITY OF SZEGED, Hungary, announces the selection of 120 people who will benefit from professional training within the Project “Improving health-care services through innovative RO-HU surgical ideas ”- ROHUNOVATION, eMS code: ROHU-400.

The project is carried out at cross-border level and has as general objective: Improved health-care services at local and regional level of RO-HU through coordinated development of health care equipment and services, an established solid cross-border partnership by setting up a joint interdisciplinary medical expert team and facilitated easier and quicker accessibility of medical services in the eligible area

Within the project, a number of four (4) specific professional training programs will be carried out, for resident doctors and / or medical students, as follows:

1. “Improving the skills of medical staff by developing the abilities of using the robotic approach in surgical oncology”;

2. “Improving the skills of medical staff in minimally invasive colorectal surgery of colorectal cancers and IBD”;

3. Improving the skills of medical staff in minimally invasive maxillofacial microsurgery of malignant tumors in head and neck region”;

4. “Improving skills in laparoscopy surgery in the field of gynecological oncology”.

Mandatory conditions for the target group:

1. To have the quality of: student within a faculty with medical profile or resident doctor, in the eligible area of ​​the project, respectively in one of the counties in Romania – Satu Mare, Bihor, Arad and Timiș or in Hungary – Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg , Hajdú-Bihar, Békés and Csongrád-Csanád.

2. Not to have participated and not to participate in another project financed from non-reimbursable funds, with the same training programs as those in the project “Improving health-care services through innovative RO-HU surgical ideas” – ROHUNOVATION, eMS Code : ROHU-400.

Eligibility criteria of the participant in the selection process:

1. He has not participated in another project financed from non-reimbursable funds, with the same training programs as those in the ROHUNOVATION project;

2. Agrees with the use and processing of personal data provided in the selection procedure;

3. Has the availability to participate throughout the training program;

4. Is an EU citizen domiciled or legally resident in Romania or Hungary;

5. Is a student in a faculty with a medical profile or resident doctor, in the eligible area of ​​the project, respectively in one of the counties in Romania – Satu Mare, Bihor, Arad and Timiș or in Hungary – Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Békés and Csongrád-Csanád;

6. Agrees with the use and processing of personal data provided in the Consent Statement;

7. Agrees to participate in Project activities outside of program hours.

10. Declaration of consent regarding the use and processing of personal data – Annex 5

11. Declaration on own responsibility regarding double financing – Annex 6

IMPORTANT:

1. The annexes required for the application can be downloaded by accessing the project website www.rohunovation.eu

2. The candidate must clearly tick for which course he opts in Annex no. 2;

Note: A candidate can participate in only one course for which he will be registered and for which he will receive a Graduation Certificate. The same candidate can participate in another course, optional, without being registered in the target group and without receiving the Graduation Certificate.

3. The candidate will complete the file with all the required documents and will sign each annex.

4. The submission of the candidacy files will be made according to the geographical area of ​​the candidate, as follows:

 For the counties in Hungary – Szabolcs-Szatmár-Bereg, Hajdú-Bihar, Békés and Csongrád-Csanád, the submission will be made in Hungarian / English

5. The available number of places is 120, 60 allocated to Romania and 60 to Hungary, each program having 30 allocated places.

6. Deadline for submitting application files: October 15, 2021.

The lists of admitted candidates will be published on the project website

8. The selection committee will verify the fulfillment of the requirements regarding the content of the application file and the eligibility criteria.

9. Only candidates who meet the eligibility conditions set out above and have complete applications will be accepted.

10. Any appeals regarding the selection results are submitted at the project headquarters. The appeals will be resolved within a maximum of 3 working days from their registration.
